The Weekend

I always find the weekend full of so many temptations. The boys are home and they always get out the chocolate bars or take-away and offer me some. I have been quite good at saying no, but last nigth I did cave and have a few chips and chicken...which inevitably put me over my points yet again. Thank goodness I went to spin class yesterday morning and worked my buns off. I have been working hard at he gym since Thursday and hopefully it will kick start my weigth loss again.
The weekend is almost over. I am sitting here thinking about school tomorrow and wondering if I am prepared. I think I am...this should be a fun week as my topic is games and puzzles. I have had a much better days today, as far as points go. I still have three points left, so I am planning a snack in an hour. I haven't done a food journal in way too long so here it goes...

um so I fell off the wagon and now have to get back on....super bowel sunday was brutal as was the whole weekend. I find Nick is hard to live with cause he ate 6 cadbury easter eggs...THE BIG ones...between Firday night and saturaday afternoon. i think thye are like 5 points each.....and he always eats junk...what a brat!! Glad you are behaving...the new gym opens Friday. I am joining...we will have spin classes too so I am excited for that!! I might die after the first class....but I need to get going so I am not a fat ass in my dress!! : )
