All I wanted to do today was eat! Everything I loved at I wanted to shove in my mouth. I was really having a hard time. So, I did go over my points. Sure wish I had flexpoints - no such thing in England. I am really unsure about this weeks weight in. I can't say I feel like I have lost anything, although I didn't feel like I had lost anything last week either and I lost 4.5lbs. I just need two good days...fingers crossed!

well don't feel bad. I ate ice cream today...and cheese and crackers and pop. I think it's cause I am on my peroid and all I want to do is EAT.....I just can't help myself. I think this week i will not lose...and then hopefulyl I can get myself back on track!!! but I know...it's hard....
