My Dilemma...I generally eat a good breakfast and pack a healthy lunch. By the time I get home from work I am starved. I eat a good supper, but lately I have been stuffed after supper with more points yet to eat. I know I should just eat more during the day, but then I lose the flexibility of eating a more calorific supper should I wish. Today I couldn't possible eat any more and still have a few points.

Food Diary:

Cereal and milk 2.5
Blueberries 0.5
Pita with tuna mayo 3.5
Cherries 0.5
Crisps 2
Yogurt1
Peach 0.5
2 Teas 0.5
Cheese 1
Stuffed Peppers with rice, hamburger, salsa and veg 5.5
Jellybeans 2

TOTAL 19.5

how can you have points left over when I eat all mine?? How is it possible..I am jealous..i want some extra points...can I borrow some of yours??

Ha ha well i don't know how it happens, but i try to eat small meals and lots of low point options. I try to stay away from the highter point meals.
